Returns Policy

We only accept returns if the product sent arrived damaged or if we sent the wrong product. Please make sure to include a copy of your packing invoice.

We will issue your refund once your return is received at our warehouse. We'll also refund shipping charges if your return is due to a defect or our error. Should you believe this to be the case, describe the defect or error in writing on the packing invoice included with the return so we can issue a shipping charge refund. Your purchases will be refunded to your credit card. Returned products must be in original condition and inside the original packaging.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Delivery

Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. (Pacific Standard Time) will be fulfilled on the same day and sent out using Canada Post. Orders placed on weekends or holidays or orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be fulfilled the next business day. We do deliver worldwide using Canada Post as they provide the best rates and we want to pass those on to our customers.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please note that we are not delivering to P.O. Box numbers. Delivery dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full cost increment.
